From our “Serenity” Collection, each bag is made from 100% Italian leather and is handcrafted by experts who have honed their art over decades. Fittings for each bag are meticulously selected and sourced from the world’s best suppliers. During the development process of each bag, care has been taken to retain the character of the leather so that each bag offers a unique experience.
COAL aims to set a new benchmark in design and craftsmanship. Each bag requires twice the amount of leather and thrice the amount of time given the complexity of the design and development process.
We are proud of the craftsmanship and time devoted by each expert involved in the creation of our first collection. COAL is built on the philosophy of quality first and will always prioritize quality over quantity. Products passing through our quality checks are indeed ready for sale and have zero defects.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please return it with proof of purchase within 21 days of receipt of the goods and we will arrange for an immediate exchange. No refunds shall be permitted once a product is purchased.
Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All belts, straps and packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. The return address is provided below:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. In such a case, shipping fees shall be borne by COAL. In all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that COAL cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
